Collection and processing of data
As is common practice with most websites, we store HTTP requests made to our server. As a result, we know the public IP addresses from which users access content on our website. The content accessedis identified by its URL. We also know:
- the request time,
- the response time,
- the name of the user’s device – identified via the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- the URL address of the page previously visited by the user – in the event that the user accessed our website via a link,
- information about the user’sbrowser.
The above data are not associated with specific individuals who access our website. In order to ensure the highest quality of the service, we analyse log files to determine whether the structure of the site contains errors, which subpages are accessedmost often, etc. The collected logs are kept in a secure location.
The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as supporting material for the administration of the service. The information contained therein is disclosed only to persons authorised to administer the server. Statistics based on these logs may be generated to assist in the administration of the website. These aggregated statistics do not contain any data identifying individuals who access the website.
