Information on processing of personal data
Translation services require the processing of personal data. In this regard, I inform you that:
- I process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC”) hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
- The data controller of your personal data is

with registered office at ul. Feliksa Hajduka 10, 43-400 Cieszyn. - I process your personal data in order to handle your enquiries and to perform the translation services requested by you.
- I only process the personal data that is needed to fulfil the specified purposes and keep it for the period necessary to fulfil those purposes.
- The purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data are in particular:

- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Personal data may be transferred to:
- an accounting office for the purpose of bookkeeping.
- e-mail service for correspondence.
- selected subcontractors to provide the translation service.
- I do not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation.
- I do not use the personal data obtained for automated decision making (i.e. profiling, etc.).
- I do not intend to process your personal data for purposes other than those for which it was provided.
